Before the English offiical disclaimers are posted SJ, let me summarize the biggest changes in SJ membership application:For overseas applicants (i.e., applicants from areas other than TW, Mainland China/HK, and Japan; SJ has posted disclaimers for these places/countries in different sections), the initial membership fee is US$8 and the yearly membership fee is US$32, so the first year fee should be US$40, and then US$32 the year after and after.
Online payment and membership application will be available, but applicants need to pay for related bank charges.

Finally, the online payment is ready. The membership fee is very appropriate, as I remember 6 years ago, the membership for Comic Ritz was already NT$1000 per year.
